Bimetallic temperature sensors of series TBi (TBi63,TBi80 and TBi100) are designed for the measurement of gaseous or liquid substances that are not corrosive to copper alloys.
The combination of a bimetallic temperature sensor and a thermowell is suitable for the measurement of temperature in pipelines (the thermowell is part of the bimetallic temperature sensor). It is a cheap solution for indicative measurement of temperature in heating and industrial pipelines. The thermowell is part of the bimetallic temperature sensor.
Bimetallic temperature sensors can also be used for temperature measurement in smokehouses and other applications that require displaying of the current temperature without system processing.
